Writing this at the beginning of December, we wish you all Happy Holidays. With the completion of the 2011 harvest, we're staying busy in the cellar with wine work. Our last pick was November 18 and our last press on the crush pad was December 1, marking the latest dates for both in our relatively brief history. In a few short years, the 14 tons harvested from our estate will translate to about 700 cases of Baiocchi wine for you to enjoy. We will release the first rose from this harvest, made from Grenache and Mourvedre, under our gb label in 2012.

Thank you for the feedback on the '09 wines that it seems so many of you are enjoying right now. The calls and e-mails provide the inspiration we need to bring handcrafted wines to you one experience at a time.
